thanks I think I found the split. I rebuilt the carbs this winter and one got split in the process. Now I am getting no spark on the unit. Will turn over but no spark. Back to the drawing board. Love them, but they can get the best of me at times. Much like kids. Lol

Obviously a Two-Stroke Oil leak. You'll have to isolate and pressure test (<5psi) all the large Oil Lines and inspect the small Oil Injection Lines for cracks, usually around the barb'd end fittings one the RV Flange or Oil Pump.

Hi, My 1990 was all set to go, everything working. Put it in the water and would not fire up. Once I pulled it out of the water (busy at the boat launch!) I noticed a oily white, blue green substance on the bottom. Can not locate a leak (quick inspection only) wondered if anyone has any ideas as to what might be up? Thanks in advance. Watsie50
